I arrange empowering retreats together with my colleague in a charming environment in the archipelago of Sipoo. The theme for the retreats is “gentleness and creativity”. The purpose of the retreat is to bring you closer to yourself and find your inner creativity. This enables you to use compassion and new resources in your everyday life.
